Seasonal Roll-Over Agreement Package

From April until November we offer our Seasonal  Rollover Agreement Package for residential customers.

What we do: 
We will arrive on a monthly basis and treat pests inside and outdoor including up to a quarter (1/4) acre of property. We also inspect your property once a year for termites while eliminating the worry. 

We will treat your lawn for ticks, fleas and other insects that invade your property.
We will treat the inside of the home at your convenience for invaders such as ants, spiders, roaches, rodents etc. We'll do whatever it takes to solve your pest problem. Including coming back at no cost, until pests are gone. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll give you your money back.


We also inspect and treat if necessary any subterranean termites that could harm your home causing thousands of dollars in damage. Subterranean termites don't stand a chance. We'll inspect your home annually for signs of trouble and guarantee that you won't pay for termite treatments as long as you keep your plan.That’s it. You don’t have to do anything else. But if termites dare show any sign of activity between your inspections, call us. We’ll re-inspect right away and stop them in their tracks as long as you keep your plan.

We wrap up the cost and allow you, the customer, to pay over time each month. 
Our seasonal agreement covers the home from top to bottom.


 Seasonal Agreement Covers:
  • Service inside of home for pest control at customer convenience 
  • Treat outdoor area for fleas, ticks, ants and approximately 75 other insects using our power sprayer treating: walk ways, eves, fascia and perimeter 10 feet out from foundation. Cleaning off spider webs outside of home and inspect. We also cover up to 1/4 acre of property for fleas and ticks. 
  • Use granules in yard for a superb service allowing you to be insect free
  • Inspect for rodents including mice and rats
  • Annual subterranean termite inspection and treatment when necessary (see terms and conditions). 
We also offer one-time services.
Our low monthly fee covers your home (Initial down payment required) based upon square footage of home. Not all homes will qualify please call to discuss and/or make an appointment.

BED BUGS

Bed bugs are more than just a nuisance. They are an extraordinarily stubborn type of infestation that can require multiple treatments to remove. Bud bugs are flat, reddish brown insects that are swollen and reddish after a meal of blood. Bed bugs can survive for up to a year without eating, which is why they are so difficult to get rid of. Infestations tend to be much more extensive than they seem on the surface.
